Single Point Tools

It is well known that rotating the single point dresser is important to maintain a sharp point, to reduce the wear and tear, and minimize its thermal buildup. For years this process means the drills will routinely loose setscrews, re-indicating the shaft from 20° to 40° with uneven wear and tear as the rotation varies with each machine operator.
